My son's cello teacher has been preparing for a concert next week, often playing 6 hours a day straight. She was commenting to me at my son's lesson how much pain she had in her right forearm from playing so much. I offered 10 minutes of QT, and told her to call me to let me know how it felt. Today, one week later, she told me her arm has completely healed in spite of the continued lengthy practices. She's thrilled because she can practice as much as she needs without any pain. And this for only 10 minutes of QT!
