I had a patient the other day with extremely bad asthma. Upon awakening him from his anesthetic, he was fine for about 15 seconds, and I breathed a sigh of relief. (Asthmatic patients have VERY reaactive airways.) The relief was shortlived, as he starts having trouble beathing. Ironically, two other people in the room that day I had trained in energy work, and we immediately went into hands-on, and the bronchioles started relaxing. HOW WONDERFUL TO HAVE THE BENEFIT OF THREE ENERGY WORKERS AT HAND!!! We transported him to recovery room, and I left him to request a nebulizer treatment for him. When I came back, he was gasping and wheezing again. The nebulizer treatment arrived, but he was unable to inhale the medication as he wasn't brathing too well. The recovery room nurse yelled for me to "get back over here and put your hands back on him." The respiratory therapist was perplexed, and then astounded. With my hands on him, he went into normal breathing and could then benefit from inhaling his nebulizer mist. After 15 minutes, he was back to his normal self. Sing the praises of Quantum-Touch. Joanne, What a great service you are providing!!! I am so amazed that there are not more facilities using QT!! Your are a BLESSING to many patients and I'm sure that they aren't even aware of it. Keep up that wonderful work--both on the patients, as well as teaching others and spreading the word!!!
