We recently encountered a client with central demyelinization of the cranial nerves. YIKES !!! At present time, she is practically deaf, and lip reads. After her first session, she reported that she had a nasty headache for a full day. We always forewarn our clents about the possibility of a healing crisis, so she wasn't too concerned. On the second session, we did all OFF BODY work. She was SOOooo sensitive to energy that direct contact caused her discomfort, especially about the head. We worked all the suture lines, popped the bones epecially about the middle and inner ear, and did some tissue talking to the midbrain, where many of the cranial nerves exit. Upon arrival to session three, she was definitely a happy camper. After her second session, she had regained complete hearing for a period of three hours. Now in theory, that's not possible. Cranial nerves cannot remyelinate. BUT, THE ONLY LIMITATIONS TO QUANTUM-TOUCH ARE THOSE WHICH WE IMPOSE. We tell our clients not to buy into the medical labels, and to trust in the body's innate wisdom. I can't 'explain' what happened, I just accept that it can happen. I'm looking forward to her report about session three.

That's great - an elderly friend of the family went deaf practically overnight, at the age of 11! I haven't worked on her ears, only her back. I'm not sure what caused the deafness, but this story makes me wonder if she could regain some hearing, too!
thanks for sharing that.
love Jane

I remember one of my students casually told us that she could hear through her left ear after receiving a QT session in the workshop. I asked her if that was unusual, and she said that she had not heard through that ear since she was struck by a drunk driver when she was a teenager.

We certainly don't know the limits of what is possible.

Wow! How would it have changed the story line of "It's a Wonderful Life" if George's mom ran energy on his ear after he fell through the ice saving his little brother!
