Well, it seems that my daughter certainly provides me with the most opportunities to continue to hone my QT skills. This week was her first week at preschool and she came home with a cold yesterday. This wasn't a small cold either, we are talking lots and lots of snot (didn't know that much could be in the head of a 17 month old!) and coughing as well. I tried the medication route and that did little to relieve her symptoms. She was really having a difficult time breathing, so I was quite worried about her ability to sleep. When putting her to bed I held her for about a half and hour and did QT (and QT super charging techniques) on her sinuses and chest. By the time I finished she was breathing freely and slept soundly all night - which was a relief to both her and I!

As a parent it really is so wonderful to have QT as a tool to help my daughter.

thats great work. Colds seem to be a tough one to crack, for me. QT is so great for us mothers, just imagine the times you save from having to take your child to the Dr. for every runny nose, or sore throat, bump or bruise.

I cannot even begin to imagine what parenting would be like without QT - I think I would feel quite helpless at times. It is so wonderful to have a tool to use when my daughter is hurting... to know that I can "do something" for her that indeed will make a difference.
I am so glad that QT came into my life just as my daughter did!
