has anyone tried QTing their 'baby' selves before? I just did it while I was in the bus. imagined myself just coming out from my Mum, and I sort of enclosed it in a spherical force field, sent the 12 colours, and put a U-Nan in the baby's chest, with the bubble (with pink and magenta dots) enclosing the whole baby, then I intoned U-Nan as I did the sweeping.
seconds later, I felt a wave of cooling energy, radiate outwards throughout my whole body, until it felt like I'm in the same bubble. The coolness was wonderful, almost like water drops trickling down your body. My aura kept expanding and though it was a new experience for me, it felt 'right', felt like I'm just back home' again. pls share your QTbaby stories! really curious to find out what others felt too! |

I've done this before and your right it's very relaxing. Usually after I do that for a while I increase it to me at 1 month, then up to 3 months, up to 8 months up to 1 year, then I go through each year.
I always feel refreshed afterwards, going back and forgiving myself and others, and releasing any negative emotions, feelings or blocks, etc. Good luck, I should do it again soon. Ven |

I just did another QTing of my past again. created an orb of life and asked it to send energy to 7-year old 'me'. It was the time when I started to eat a lot than I really wanted to, just so that I could please my grandma who liked fat kids. the energy went straight to my legs (the fattest portion of my body) and I felt my legs getting really light. all this was done during my bus journey.
when i got off the bus and stood on ground, i felt taller than usual, and my legs really seemed to be much lighter than usual as i walked. plus, i felt a whole lot of energy passing through me from top to deep under the ground. everything seemed a lot brighter than usual, and i felt like a new, fresh person again. |

I use this technique all the time, and what Venice said. I call it age progression as opposed to age REgression that is used in hypnosis. Anyway, I use it on clients, especially with distance work. But, I don't think I've ever used it on myself! I know Richard talks about it in the book or video, but I've just never taken the time to do it on myself. Of course I'm too busy now to experiment with it but when I do I'll let you know how it goes. Christina I think I'll make an appointment with myself and that way I can do it sooner. Thank you Bingz: I've done a lot of work on my younger self, but never quite in this context. I've also worked on my children as if they were still in the womb, and now that I've head your technique, I am going to work on all of us in the way that you describe. When I do distance healing using the U-Nan symbol, sometimes the person is inside the ball of light in the symbol and I have actually seen their physical bodies dematerialize and become just a bunch of dancing golden molecules and then they rematerialize. Funny that I've not thought of doing that with the myself.

and btw... I've just tried applying wombing (Core I technique) on my baby self. This time, it felt like doing a major spring cleaning on my brain, clearing out all the mental / emotional junk inside. Feels....clean and cooling, like there's a cool breeze blowing through my head. ha.. i'm really emptied now. |

Your experiences and ways of approaching this are interesting. Did you create an Orb just for the purpose of healing yourself in the past? As in, was it a temporary or permanent Orb. I know there are two ways of creating an Orb, one is creating one for a few days for someone or a situation, and the other is gifting an Orb to someone, which to my understanding continues for as long it is given attention or tasks to do. I am wondering how different that is to using an existing Orb. During a QT Live Basic class, we were doing the cupped hands manifesting technique with ourselves in there as if so much time has passed, and living it in the present. At the tail end of this we were asked to place ourselves as a baby. This may not have been an appropriate time. The instructor was running a list of things to place in there, but i was too emotional to be able to do much else (let alone continue to run energy). There was pain in the Sacrum experienced as a verticle 2cm (3/4 inch) wide line. Over several months after this, pain in the sacrum, and pain in lower back emerged, and continued off and on. I think it was a case of opening a can of worms and sometimes wonder if QT should not be done unless one is prepared to follow through or continue the healing to completion. I do not remember how soon after this of being confident enough to go there again, but used basic QT with cupped hands for; time of birthing, along with mum, and all people in birthing room ; 10 days of separation from mother after birth; A car crash at between 6 to 9 months of age. I cupped the whole car, and all people in it. (I was sleeping in mums arms, and my head hurled into the windscreen, after the car ran into a power pole) ; at about 5 years of age, when i fell on the cement and jarred the tail bone area pretty badly but told no one. I experienced the emotional thing again, and found it difficult to continue but did as much as i could do. I ran QT again at another time and did not feel so emotional, so i guess that would be an indication of some amount of healing. Not sure what else to do when getting emotional while running energy and finding it difficult to continue with it. This becomes a good reminder for me to finish the CT DVD's, and SC book, as the techniques sound worthy of trying out. Thank you for Sharing. Paul |

to answer your question regarding the orb, it's a permanent one that I made for myself, and I'll just use it now and then when I want to experiment with something. Try experimenting with 'ad-hoc' and permanent ones, and share your results here! as for your emotional pain that's attached to your lower back area, I'd suggest that you QT your past while in the Constructive Rest Position (CRP). The CRP is when you lie on your back, with knees parallel to your hip bones and drawn up in 'hook' position. That's an extremely good and safe position for your lower back. I do that every morning and combine it with the CORE breath, and I literally feel my lower vertebrae 'drop' further onto the floor, and getting more aligned in the process. another technique I'd suggest for you to try is: whenever you feel the emotions arising within you, try to focus your attention on dispersing this emotion throughout the whole room you're in right now. imagine how it'll feel like if you could feel all the air that's filling up your whole room? extend that feeling to a bigger area, like your house, your district, your whole city, etc... pls share your experiences after you've tried these. thanks! |
