I had overindulged at the Szechuan restaurant and decided to walk it off. Back at my hostesses house, I walked up the dark deserted street a couple of blocks and on my way back I kicked it up a notch and started jogging. I had just switched gears to running when with the full force of momentum behind me I fell, splattering face down on the black top.

The impact pushed my nose into my head like I’d gotten a good punch from Mohammed Ali. Every point that my body landed on the street (my forehead, nose, lips, chin, elbows and right knee) was then scraped along the surface of the road for about a foot. So I had numerous types of injuries including bumps and cuts and burn-like scrapes and as I’d find out the next morning, some bones and joints jarred.

As I groped for my glasses searing pains found me. And as I gingerly touched my hand to my face my hand came away with the blood dripping from my nose and mouth. Within seconds I felt my nose ballooning and as it continued to swell I couldn’t breathe thru it. The pain levels varied up to an eight out of ten. To some that might not sound so terrible, but I really do save the nines and tens for things like childbirth and passing kidney stones!

I went into the house, explaining to the shocked faces along the way what had happened. I knew I wanted to deal with this only with Quantum-Touch and that I wanted it documented. I had my sister Laurie take the first of a series of pictures. For the next 15 minutes I turned down trips to the emergency room, Ibuprofen, and ice packs. Eventually I agreed to an ice pack which I moved from knee to forehead to elbow, a bath with Epsom salts and a slight touch of lavender and Thieves essential oils on my nose and chin.

I called Rick within five minutes of arriving inside and told him I needed him to run energy on me RIGHT NOW and told him where and why. I sheepishly asked my hostess if I could borrow her computer to put a healing request on Quantum-Touch message board. My plea went out and the energy started working it’s magic. OK, I know magic has nothing to do with QT and that it’s based in science. But even after years and years of experiencing distant energy work it still befuddles my mundane mind.

Thus began the tingles and buzzing in my nose and along with it the desire to soak in a hot bath. The bath didn’t include any of the affected areas since I was able to keep my head, knees and arms out of the water.

In the meanwhile the pain reduced to a dull roar and the next morning I was surprised to find the worst pain was in my left shoulder which had evidently jarred from the force of landing on my elbow. Like in an car accident I was discovering new boo-boos a day later. I was pleased that the swelling in my nose had gone down tremendously altho it now looked worse at first glace because it was starting to heal and scab over. A day or two day-old laceration often looks worse than a fresh one because it is darker in color. Ah, but the pains were down to mostly tenderness to the touch. So I stopped touching.

The fall happened on Sunday night and I enjoyed what occurred staring on Tuesday when Laurie and I went to the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History. I was inquiring about a certain exhibit from three women behind the information counter when one of them asked if I fell. I replied that I had fallen and fully expected to be much longer recuperating than I was. She then asked when it happened. When I said “The night before last.” I was tickled to see their three jaws drop simultaneously. I then shared about Quantum-Touch with them and gave them a card. This scenario duplicated itself a few more times in airports across the country.

Thursday at work the scabs fell off my face leaving behind new pink healthy skin. With all of our experiences with Quantum-Touch we were still amazed. From a beat-up, bloody, pulpy mess to almost normal in four days. Wow. I should say at this point, having lived with my self for the better part of over a half century and knowing that I bruise if you look at me too hard, that without QT, I know I would have been still looking like an auto accident casualty at least two to three weeks down the road.

As soon as possible I’ll be adding photos.

Alfred, the photos are not attached, but on the post as big as life - literally.
I checked with my 'puter guru who said the problem is not in the method of posting the pictures but rather some restriction or some such thing on the part of your set-up.
