Hi all

This is the second time I have done long distance for someone during an op specifically for keeping blood away from area of operation and lessening the need for a blood transfusion.

Last year people may remember my 87 year old mum-in-law came through hip replacement op with flying colours, ahrdly any bleeding and no transfusions - all other 6 patients had transfusions - and she went straight back to ward afterwards without the need to go into intensive care. Doctor said there was a lot less blood loss during the op than usual.

Just recently I worked on a young client with a very thick lip due to a Port Wine Stain birth mark. I gave him one session before his op and then his girlfriend and I did Distance QT on him while he was in the operating table, specifically to direct his body to keep the blood away from his lip during the op (the doctors were very worried as the lip bleeds profusely normally and they were worried about blood loss)

I got a message after the op that docs were absolutely amazed as there was much less blood loss than expected and instead of staying in overnight as they had said was imperative (before the op) he could go home straight away that afternoon. We continued to send QT and he had no need for pain meds AT ALL and has been in no pain since.

He gave me permission to tell this story. I think it has exciting implications for the future especially in risky ops. Can't wait to see further developments in this area. His girlfriend had learnt QT from a DVD workshop I held and she was blown away by what happened.

Lots of love
Wendy

Wendy, how interesting as we had the same experience last winter when my daughter had surgery on her jaw. The surgeon came out and said that there was very little blood loss. She managed pain quite well according to the nurses on the ward. She healed very quickly, this was verified by her surgeon and her orthodontist. They had only seen one other person heal this fast in all their years in this field. (Her surgeon is retiring this year - so you know he has seen a lot of these surgeries!)

WOW - QT never ceases to amaze!

Blessings and sweet energy to all,

JOY

Ok here goes

When I did the pre op session I set the intention (aloud) that when he was going to be under anaesthetic his body and subconscious mind would be alert and able to still protect him. I also clearly stated that blood would be re rerouted during the op so as to leave the operation site clear for the surgeons to work. I talked about this with the client and I also did a round of EFT that addressed this and his nervousness. This was not a distance session.

During the op - he was then 400 ks from where I live - I sent calming thoughts before the op and his girlfriend who was with him was doing the same. When he went into theatre she and I did 45 minutes of intentional work - ie visualising the blood flowing around his body and when it got to the op site I visualised it saying "OOPS gotta go another way now for a while". I visualised the surgeons commenting on the absence of blood in the area and them looking amazed. I visualised the surgeons walking out of the operation and talking very positively to his parents. I sent copper, silver and gold a lot for nerve endings and general trauma to the area. Mostly a lot of visualisation of the desired outcome.

Hope this helps a bit, can't remember all the details, but basically that's what I did - mostly pure intention which is what this work comes down to most of the time anyway.

Oh of course - some post op care as well. Girlfriend handled most of that. They came to see me last week - it's healing well but a little droopy - the mouth - I'm sure it will strengthen and muscles will regain their pre op elasticity.

Love and light
Wendy

Thanks so much Wendy,

Proof is in the pudding. Intention and visualization are so important. They go hand in hand. Thank you so much for sharing this. I will definitely put this to work with my co-worker who is having major surgery next week.

Great blessings to you. I really appreciate all the sharing people do. It is soooo helpful and great ideas.

Hugs and Love Karen

I do a lot of visualization when working with QT and I also "talk to the tissue" as Alain says. This is so fabulous! THank you, Wendy for sharing. I would have never thought of this, but it sounds perfect!!!
