Just to reiterate for those of you who might not want to take the time to read that lengthy post in the beginning:

This healing was done with distance work alone and I estimate I healed about FIVE times faster than I would have without QT. How did I come up with that figure? I know my body and how slowly I heal and in times past (pre-QT) I would have been bruised black and blue and purple and yellow for a good three weeks. This healing took FOUR DAYS!

Something similar happened to me on Nov 25. Although I wasn't doing anything as strenuous as jogging, I just stepped out of my car, took 2 steps and fell down. I hit my right knee and chin and my right hand hurt from blunting the fall.

I sat on the driveway and ran energy on my knee for 10 minutes before attempting to stand up. Since I was in the middle of a move, I didn't have time to be injured so I took care of business right away. My knee felt pretty good quickly so I got into the house and sat down and worked on myself for over an hour. I cleaned up my abrasions and ran energy, all with little pain, just tender to the touch (so I didn't touch..LOL)

I wanted to see how long it would take me to heal myself so I didn't ask for help. I never had any bruising but 2 days later there was a yellowish shadow around the knee abrasion, about the size of a softball. Would have been a big bruise!

The scab on my chin began peeling off in 3 days and was totally gone, leaving pink, healthy skin, in 7 days. I ran energy on it every day but only did the knee a few times and that abrasion took several days longer to heal up.

I don't have pictures since I was alone when it happened and couldn't get a "before" photo.

My story isn't as impressive in speed of healing as Christina's, but it does show hope for self healing, which to me is self-empowering. So together or alone, QT works wonders!

How great for you that you REMEMBERED QT in the first place. I've mentioned before (and I'm not the only one) that I don't always think of using Quantum-Touch on myself right away.
Of course this was one of those cases where mainly because of how shook up I was, I wasn't in a condidtion to run energy.
I will never forget the outpouring of love/energy and healing that I felt that night. wow
It makes me want to help and give QT more than ever before.

Wish I'd know QT when I fell a couple yrs. ago and had a major black eye..... it took more than a month to heal. Your progress is amazing!
