Hi QT!
Lovely developments in the Netherlands. The word about QT is spreading rapidly over here! Also the media are getting interested. Soon everybody in Holland will have 'golden hands'...

In my QT workshops I use the funstuff with the water and wine to create some insights. For example after the first 3 hours I let them give energy to water with only 5 breaths. Of course as we know the water changes taste into 'softer', 'silkier', 'sweeter', etc.
Nice to know that we are 75% water...

The wine we drink at the end to compliment ourselves with completing the workshop.
Before drinking I ask them to use just 'one love breath' to charge the wine. A deep one, from below the feet to above your head. Or this big: from Mother Earth to Father Heaven to your hands. And add love... What happens? The wine changes taste and colour after just one breath. Even everybody has different tastes and colours. Scientists over there? Experiment!
Just 1 love breath does this...

Love melts everything. I also do this love exercise: Hold your elbows and hands touching together in front of you. Now you want to open your arms to the sides, but somebody else holds your hands together. Problem! You cannot open the arms unless you use a lot of musclepower! Now the easy way. Have the arms together again with somebody holding them. Now create feelings of love: for 'the one you love most', for yourself, for the other person in front of you, etc. And try to open your arms. What happens?
It is easy, no problem, love melts! Give it a try. Wonderful. By the way, problem is an old Greek word (problema) for 'what we see in front of us'.

So, imagine that we would use this 'one love breath' when we touch somebody, when we shake hands, etc. Also when we face a problem in our lives... Love melts everything! Enjoy...

ROB, Thats what I like, fast, instant. Here's something you might ry. I used to run workshops, teaching the Energy of Unconditional love.

Contct the unconditional love in yur Heart Centre and begin to expand it, direct it down to you hands. Hold partners hands and direct your love energy up and into her heart centre to overflow that centre with love energy.
You can send from your eyes, A lover's glance, or with practice, heart to heart. You can surround both of you with a field of love. Then try a hug! WoW!!
You can also bottle the stuff.
Learn to regard Love as an ENERGY!
