Hi Fambly,
Last Friday, I did a rather spectacular swan dive out of the bathtub into a corner of the bathroom wall.

During the rather lumpy landing, I hit my head three different times, broke my big toe on my right foot, and broke my neck.

My husband was a bit upset, screaming that he was calling the emergency number NOW!

I calmed him down long enough to get him to put my headphones on (straight, even!) and play the "Reaching for the Stars" DVD. I listened to it twice, using it to bring myself into an alpha state, which was difficult because of the broken body. (I hurt too much to be able to go into Core 1 unaided)

When I had listened to it twice,allowing it to bring me into alpha, I used my Quantum Touch Core 1, and fixed my neck. Then the toe hurt like , well, it did. I hadn't felt it before, but I did then. That DVD is really important, as bringing me, a broken neck, toe and hip into alpha while the rest of me disagreed, is a blessing.

The DVD was called for again, and I went into Quantum Touch Core 1 again and repaired the toe.

I have some lovely bands of purple still around the toe, but that is about all, as the concussions were healed at the same time.

During my flight, and landing, I knew I had injured a hip. I had felt the bone go. Again, "Reaching for the Stars" played for me, and I was able to repair the hip with Core 1 from Quantum Touch.

"Reaching for the Stars" is the best I have ever used to clear mind chatter, to "allow" one to work without interference. Had I NOT had the DVD, had I NOT listened to it before, I would now be dead from the neck down.

I am totally healed, due to all that I garnered through the headphones, allowing me to calm enough to heal with Quantum Touch. Thank you so much Alain, for teaching me so carefully.

"Reaching for the Stars" is a mind bending series of sounds that allow you to hear them and absorb them into your subconcious. It works quickly and I have used it on myself when in one of my frequent messes. It is available on

Many use it to dowse more easily. Ask Chris, the owner, about it.

Last time you took a tumble in the bathtub, I told you to put padding in there. Guess you need it elsewhere as well! I'm really glad to hear you were able to heal yourself.

Thank you for this link - I am going to order the Reaching For the stars - the lovely thing about it is it is downloadable and you don't have to wait in trepidation for the post to hopefully bring it to you. (Africa's a long way away and post not entirely reliable). Just need to wait for hubby to help with the downloads and payment part. Will let you know how it goes -

Wow, that was quite an experience and you were so calm about it! I'm glad you were able to heal yourself so completely... there really are no limits to this work.

What part of the DVD were you listening to the subliminal music portion or the verbal hypnotic guidance? It is amazing what you've done with the Core I techniques. It's more than I thought possible.

Hi Fambly,
I was showering, and tripped in the tub, which allowed the rest of the flight and landing.
(Look Ma, I can fly!)
Alain's Core 1 and 2 are fantastic! I knew the neck was healed when the toe began to hurt!
It hurt worse than the rest of the landing!
At the moment, I look like a lovely ambulatory sunset, but only go out at night.
Toe hurts a little, just to remind me of previous um..ers..I think.
