I started practicing on my husband 2 days ago as he has a real 'bump' around the area of his 4th, 5th and 6th cervicals. I just ran energy into these areas while practicing the different breathing techniques and working with the 'fire breath. I never thought of taking photos, as I'm just starting out and wasn't expecting anything dramatic really.

Well, today we were having coffee downstairs and while sitting next to him I suddenly noticed that the bump is HALF the size it used to be! I'm astounded! I mentioned it to him, and he started rolling his head and said "Wow, that doesn't hurt so much anymore!"

I'm thrilled- what a great start! (I only wish now that I'd taken photos!!!!)
