I just had to share this! It kind of tickled my funny bone! My graceful self fell over a board in my path and I ended up with a large ugly bruise on the front of my shin right above my ankle. I was running energy one day this week and just decided on a lark to run energy into the bruise. Because of the position (and I wasn't really too concerned about whether it worked or not, because it really didn't hurt), I laid my fingers across the bruise and ran energy for maybe two minutes. The next day I glanced down at the bruise and had to laugh. There was the exact pattern of my fingers returning to normal color across the bruise!! So now I have a "zebra" bruise that just causes me to giggle everytime I look at it! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Many blessings to all,

DebbieB

Thanks for the chuckle and uplifting inspiration.......just when I needed a lift! Your message (to yourself) is that you need to take this more seriously!! Divine humor! I'll bet the Angels are chuckling as well.

Wow, that's a pretty clear demonstration of the healing energy! Thanks for sharing that - I must try some work on my next bruise and see it for myself!

I think the fact we can't see this energy is one of the limiting factors - we don't really 'know' it's there alot of the time (I forget about it, anyway.) Did you take a picture by any chance? That would be a great addition to the site!

Hi, Jane, no, I didn't take a picture, but I can... it's still there. I got a pretty good one! Seems I can't walk, talk and avoid objects in my path at the same time... I also ran energy into another bruise (like for two breaths) that was further up on my shin just to see what would happen. It was near another bruise that was the same color, shape and size. (Hey, when I take a spill, I do it up right!) The one I worked on is about 50% lighter than the other one. I don't really know how to post pictures here though... sorry...

Many blessings,

Debbie

Hello Debbie-
I had the same thing happen when working on husband Darril's shin, he had a large painful bone bruise....I had read the book the day before and wanted to show him.....

I QT'd him, next morning no pin and funny fingertip healing circles in midst of bruise....ran energy again and next day all swelling inflammation gone just pink instead.....

The fingerprint thing was good as you could see the difference!

Posting pictures is one of those things that's really simple once you have the right equipment and have spent time figuring out the software...I've managed it but I use a scanner to get pictures into the computer, I bought a digital camera which I thought would be easier but I sitll haven't managed to download my pics into my pc!
I seem to remember Richard asking for photos so you could email the office and ask their advice! I'm sure they'd love to have your bruises showing the effect of QT on the site. It may seem silly and insignificant to you but actually there are very few ways of demonstrating visually the effects of QT, so it would be great. I suppose the bruise is fading now but if it happens again, you will be more prepared! If you get a pic and you have a scanner, it's really quite simple. Or if you get a real film developed they can put it on a CD for you to load into the computer and you then attach it to an email, but the office could tell you all that I'm sure. It might take a while to get your head round it but you'd be doing us all a service!

I walk into things alot too, though it was worse when I was premenstrual I seem to remember - I had days when my co-ordination just wasn't working properly then.

Being in a rush is always fatal for me! Or thinking a judgemental thought about someone (including myself) I always seem to knock myself immediately like a wake-up call!

Hope you find a way to post the pic anyway, one day!

Hi, Jane! I have no problem scanning or pulling from cameras (digital or video). I've been in publishing (both printed and web), so that's not the hold up. I just don't know how to upload to the site. The bruise is fading, but since it was a really good one, it isn't gone yet. If I look down my leg, I can still see it pretty well, but straight on makes it more difficult to see it. Unfortunately a similar thing will probably happen again! This was just a very large one (about 4 inches long), so my finger outlines were very well defined across it.

Many blessings,

DebbieB

I had a similar incident. I had an ingrown toenail fixed, but the nail and skin around it was very tender. I decided to run energy to it and I noticed the polish seemed soft. I looked more carefully and discovered a thumbprint right in the corner of my toenail. I had the pedicure a week earlier, so the polish had to have been permanently dried. The imprint is still there, and the sensitive area is gone. Occasionally the nail still seems sensitive and I run energy and relieve it.

Debbie,
If you save your pic in a file you could copy it to the clipboard and then paste it into an e-mail. This post doesn't look like it accepts attachments. I don't know what UBBCode is, but this forum supports it. Maybe your pic can be saved in UBB? I don't know if this possibe as I am not that computer savey.

I had an experience where I worked on a woman who had a bad sunburn. I started working on one side of her face but was interrupted as our group was leaving for lunch. During lunch people noticed that the side I had worked on was a nice bronze color, while the other side was lobster red. By the time we returned from lunch, her face had become a lovely bronze color all over.

BTW, attach any photos and send them to mail@quantumtouch.com

Thanks.
