To all those friends who were helping with distance healing for my good friend Tony Foster:

Tony died 3 hours ago in Johannesburg in hospice from multiple organ cancer. He was in hospice for 1 day having been cared for at home by his wife and children until the pain got too much. Please send healing for Elspeth and her children and thank you everyone who regularly had Tony on their lists privately. Please light a candle for him. This is the second close friend that has died from cancer within 3 weeks.

It was a real release for him to finally go as he was in tremendous pain and eating nothing. It just went so very fast that it was more or less 4 months from diagnosis to now. He was just 49. Two years ago he had a bad motor bike accident and was in a coma for a while. I have always felt that his body must have been affected by this shock - the cancer started in the pancreas.

I have been keeping aware of the changes in energy vibration of our lovely planet earth. It has been said recently that we are shifting our collective consiousness from the 4th dimension into the 5th dimension where finally the veil will be lifted and we will all know and recognize our true selves as the spiritual beings we are.

The higher vibrations are difficult and sometimes painful for the ones still stuck in the lower vibration. Their physical bodies can't handle it, so they are choosing to move on from this life into their next reality. They will have a job to do on the other side. Free from their physical bodies that were not perfect on this side, they will be able to accomplishs much more.

Our world is changing for the better. We are experiencing a paradigm shift in consiousness to a higher, lighter vibration in order that we can be truely free, as is our intention. Those moving on are helping us accomplish this from the other side. We miss our loved ones, but we can take solice in knowing that they are still there with us in spirit.
