I thought I would provide a little follow up what has happened since last November.
To start off with, in Nov during the last soccer game of the season I ripped my calf muscle right after half time. It was a lot of pain. My doctor said it takes anywhere from 6 to 9 months to fully heal. I kinda mouthed off and said I would be walk in ten to fourteen days. Well, I followed the doctors direction of keeping my leg up and staying off of it. However, I asked for help here in the forums, did QT on myself, did a lot of EFT, and basically kept positive thoughts and ate healthy. I think it was either exactly 10 or 14 days later we had our first snow of the year. I drove my wife to get some food (she doesnt like driving in the snow) and when we got back, I was getting out of the car, on crutches, trying to keep my balance on the slippery wet garage floor, when I found myself balancing on my HURT leg! I hobbled around on it for about ten minutes. Then, I grabbed a snow shovel and started shoveling snowing. I shoveled snow for four straight days! It took a few days before I could walk continuously enough for my morning walks to begin again. But, one morning I got up, got all bundled up (-10 outside here) and got the dogs ready and went on our walk. I got about a mile out and then I had to come back. I got back up to four miles a day within about three weeks. I have been doing between 4 and 8 miles a day every single day since then. When soccer started in March I played and had zero problems. I have been running hills, exercising like normal, doing 45 mile bike rides - all without any problems. My doc is still amazed. Anyway, I just wanted to share how well it has worked for me. One side note though: ever since I started with QT I have noticed that when I try to breath large amounts of air, no matter which method I use ( from the QT course ) I get very light headed, get a headache, and it is just very uncomfortable. I do a lot of qt with light air movement - which I question the quality of treatment with such a low amount of energy movement. Wade |

Your body is giving you the "hyperventilation!" message. Slow or reduce volume of breathing a bit and that will likely be all gone.
