Hi zen, don't know if you're feeling anything but I'm certainly feeling very relaxed and much better! I think the general lesson of learning to love ourselves and respect and love our own bodies is one that's ongoing and improves everything else we do; and it doesn't matter how much other people love and respect us, it's the messages we give our own bodies about ourselves that count.

I some tapping on 'these painful ribs', 'feeling broken' and other stuff that came into my head. Hope some of it helped anyway!

Send u a lot of Q.T with lot of Love n Light. How do u feel now.
While doing distance healing for u tonight I also feel pain first in my left hand then after sometime it stopped n move to right hand. Then it stop but start again in both hands after sometime. But this time in fingers only and very slight pain. After sometime I start to feel, until end of session a burning like feeling in both palms and to my surprise left side of my face which I have never experienced earlier.
Anyhow I am sure that u will be ok very soon.
