Not sure where to post this but as it is a healing story here goes.

Last night I must have had QT on the brain as I dream I am doing QT on someone, I am treating a limb to do with swelling I think, anyway I wake up a bit surprised at the dream and also totally aware that I am still in that consciousness and will be returning there. This I do, this time there is a horse lying ont he ground and I am vaguelly aware of another person (perhaps owner?). It was very vivid. The horse was lying on its left side and its face was badly injured. The skin and flesh was all gone and I could see the skeleton but the skeleton was like metal and it had an imprint of a large man's boot. I could see the ridges etc caused by the sole of the shoe used. The damaged area was larger that the imprint. Anyway I started doing QT on the horse for some time (if one can measure that in dreams!) and slowly saw the flesh and skin start to grow back. Once this was on the go I left the horse to intergrate that so far. I later returned to the horse and it was now standing and the face was totally healed. I then woke up. So either I had QT on the brain when I went to sleep or I am already treating in a spirit form or both, Then again maybe I just have strange dreams.

New poster here. I've had similar dreams for years. I took a healing class many years ago and I practiced what QT calls "distance healing" (person not present) by standing them in front of me and scanning their bodies then correcting any problem areas. I had lots of people on my list and would often fall asleep at night before getting through all of them. Then I noticed people and animals I didn't consciously know on this plane who were coming for healing. Many times I've awaken for a bathroom run and was still working on the healing line.
I believe we are multi-dimensional beings and, while our body rests, we can, and do, participate in on-going activities on other planes. Healers are so needed throughout our worlds.
The fact that you allowed some conscious awareness indicates an openness to a broader reality.
