I am sure some of you might have tought of it or seen it somewhere. I had this idea remembering a phrase I've read somewhere: The hands are the roots of the heart .

While drawing energy with your breath, picture it being sucked in from atop your head and below your feet simultaneously (inspiration). Make it meet at your heart, your love base, at the end of inspiraton, then expire it through your arms and hands.

I like this technique the best in my own experience because I find it really efficient. It connects you to your heart and pinpoint more the impression of love offering in your session, while taking the energy from beyond your body. Also, it really feels natural. Try it and give me your comments!

I've been using it (on and off) for about six months (since my Live Basic Workshop). It gives a great feeling of connection - energy/love from Source (above) and Mother Earth (below) meeting at the heart then flowing out through the hands - WONDERFUL!
