First I'd like to say if others have done this before, I didn't know . . . it was new for me!

In an effort to take better care of "me" I have added a few minutes of QT on myself to my morning routine along with my ususal meditation, gratitude journaling, etc.

Since I was sending energy to me for emotional balancing as well as several minor physical issues, I was sending distant to my whole self held between my hands.
I guess what I did next is a bit of amplified resonance technique. In addition to holding myself between my hands, at the same time I visualized, saw, felt myself between a giant pair of hands running the energy on me.
When I started the process I didn't intend for them to be MY hands and it almost seemed more like they were God's hands.
Whoever they belonged to, the immediate response was a sudden increase in energy, almost a "rush" of energy. Wow.
The other thing I noticed was I could feel the warmth from the giant hands as well as the love.
I've definitely found a new favorite way to run energy on myself.

Nice work, Chrissie. Working on the self is often a challenge for people. Finding a way that resonates with you is helpful in keeping you doing it on a daily basis.

Omigosh Ali, of course.

I'd love to hear if anyone else has a similar experience or if it was just me!
