It's mentioned in the book, in the interactive workshops, in the live workshops, and many enthusiasts, practitioners, and instructors all keep saying it.

So exactly what IS trusting the process?

It's about letting your heart open as you sweep and breathe, and allowing your mind to "float off" somewhere - where it can't judge or "get in the way" of allowing the energy to flow freely.

It's about listening to the pain - in yourself, and in the healers - to find out what it's saying it needs to cease, and following it when it moves, shifts, runs away, and finally succumbs to the vibration of unconditional love we are offering.

It's about having no expectations...of yourself as a healer, as a practitioner, as a newcomer, or as a "veteran" of energy medicine. Holding no expectations allows for more possibilities to come forth and manifest.

It's about accepting that in this world, we are ruled by time and space...and sometimes, things take time for the body of the healer to sort out in order to heal in whatever way is their highest good, and best interest. It's about allowing time to be a part of the healing process.

This, to me, is what "trusting the process" is all about...and, it's applicable to life in general - not just Quantum Touch.

Trust is fundamental to all energy work or progress in any creative endeavour.

I'm in the middle of dowsing for emotional frequencies, or levels of consciousness, and spookily enough I was trying to think of a state I hadn't yet covered when I had the urge to read the QT message board. Of course, Trust! (On my scale of consciousness, where Ultimate Enlightenment is 1000, trust measures 941 - only Joy and Appreciation are higher so far!)

And double spookily enough, now I see the page my dowsing journal is open at already has Trust at the top, but I didn't even see it! It's all about matching resonant frequencies...
