Hi yawl,

I consider myself an expert in fear as I've been deeply ingrained in all kinds of fears for years. Because of my empathic nature I can also pick up other's fears like a sponge. With me almost all of them manifest in my neck and the back of my head and can remain stuck there, causing alot of distress within me. What's helping me lately is using the Core techinique to focus high love & light energy in that area. I womb the area with a field of the highest potential and then place the 12 color womb within that field. Yesterday it was particularly powerful as I imagined the whole of the back of my neck and head light up by this field.

Does anybody else have anything to share about healing fear?
