I think I mentioned this somewhere last Winter when I had Pneumonia.
For those that know how to perform the 12 colour meditation, this is slightly modified to soothe the lungs. I'm not saying that this is better than doing the proper one, but this may be easier to do when you are run down with a cold. Imagine that you are surrounded with a warm mist. See it coloured with the 12 colours(one at a time)Inhale the coloured mist and pause with your lungs full, to let the colours infuse into the lung tissues. Then, exhale and inhale the next colour. nicky |
