I have a new favorite that is wonderful. I do a four-four breath mentally saying "I love you" four times on the in-breath and four times on the out breath while doing the sweeps.
It amazes me that the energy flows so strongly right away.
It also seems to be softer.
I just love it.

Saying one 'I love you' through the out-breath.
(keeping the 4-4 rythm.)

For a great, quick pick-me-up physically AND emotionally, run energy on yourself using the "I love you breath" while looking in a mirror.

Many years ago I once had a reading by Ronna Herman when she visited the Netherlands. She said, I had to say every morning facing myself in the eyes,
"I am loving, I am Lovable, I am Love".
The breathing was not mentioned and will do it now with the 4-4 breath. See what happens , must be good !
