Rebecca, I think that all sessions have an element of anxiety. There is a reason why a person seeks a healing session, and some element of anxiety always accompanies a plea for help.

Quantum Touch can help anxiety attacks, at least I have had very positive outcomes for high-anxiety clients. The main thing is to just BE THERE for them. Listen to them. Do not judge. Make the environment comfortable and safe.....and private. If an attack happens during a session, stand by them, allow them to have an emotional release, ask how can I help, ask if they need to walk or have a drink of water, or whatever.

Don't panic in response to their panic attack. Reassure them that they're safe. Beyond that, just do a session for the person with intentions that it be for the greatest and highest good. Work on solar plexus...I often start there, because that's where we tend to stuff "stuff." We stuff fear, we stuff disappointment, we stuff fatigue, we stuff worry and concern for ourselves & our loved ones.

Do not hesitate to suggest to the person that they may need professional medical help. Anxiety attacks are a medical (chemical in many cases...)issue, a medical diagnosis. There is medical help. QT is not a replacement for licensed care of any kind, and when trying to deal with emotional issues, a QT practitioner can EASILY get in over her head. You should ALWAYS inform your clients of this, and having them sign an informed consent form is the law here....it states that they must be under the care of a licensed physician. Do not try to practice medicine or psychiatry...(It can get you into trouble with the law in the U.S.) just offer the healing vibrations for the client to entrain to.

Remember that we do not diagnose and we don't treat...we offer energy sessions, they entrain to the vibrations that we can offer. We are detached from outcome! Just be careful about not getting out of your level of abilities.

Love to you.

EFT has helped me and my clients get through panic/anxiety attacks approx. 95% of the time. Well worth your time to learn. QT core works beautifully to calm down anxiety. Basic QT can help as well if you use your intent and the right breathing. There is also BSFF and Zero point with no tapping acupoints which work geat for many of us on the QT forum.

Blessings
