For anyone who has difficulty feeling the energy in the hands, here is a visual booster to look at to help you to draw the energy in.

Hubble Telescope's most famous photo is called "Hubble Deep Field." You've probably seen it, but here it is, as a visual that shows you the massive amount of energy that we are drawing from.

Hubble was pointed at a narrow piece of sky, the size of a dime seen from 75 ft. away...just the tiniest little sliver, a piece of sky that appeared to be nearly empty. The picture that came out, from that hair-thin little disc of the sky, shows 1500 GALAXIES of various types and in different stages of development.

Imagine that energy multiplied exponentially, infinitely! This photo doesn't show them all, of course, as there are others behind these that the camera hasn't picked up yet!

Another interesting idea is that we are seeing light/photons from stars so far away that it's taken ages to get to us. Those stars may no longer be in existence, yet the photons they sent out is still travelling. When we see it, we are connected to the source, even though it no longer exists! I like to see that as an analogy of love, which continues communicating and affecting people long after you've sent it out. It encourages me to see the value of each little thought or act of love I do.
Indeed, what wonders are out there - a great source of inspiration to keep me appreciating my life and my ability to be aware of it all!
