It is very delicate work. One must use great care doing it.
The problem is degenerative, which means that it will usually continue to degenerate--requiring ongoing "treatment." It is caused by genetic demutations due to heredity, environmental circumstances, and/or overuse.

The optic nerve can handle much more "energy" than the macula, and some say running prana into the eyes will make one blind. [There are different kinds of prana.] Pure life-force (pre assimilated for the human body) delicately applied is most apt to not cause damage. This energy applied in this fashion will usually be felt as a very slight tickle in the eye--lighter and softer than the tickle of feather using only one of it's fibers on the delicate parts of the arm or neck, slightly less than the tickle of a single arm hair in a motionless breeze. The macula is that sensitive, and if the energy gets more extreme than this it most certainly can cause the problem to become worse--although, it will first improve.

{I am referring to how it feels in the eye, not to the amount of energy it takes for one to feel an arm hair or the touch of a feather fiber. The energy used actually would not even be enough to affect a skin sense receptor--unless you can block out all the other sensations in the skin to feel the peculiar colors (then if you take the sensation of one of those receptors, that is how the macula feels when being healed delicately).}

Nancy - I have done the research online - found the general info. I was hpoing to get some tips from those that may have worked wioth the condition. I have a friend with dry MD in one eye and wet MD in the other.....

One of the basic bits of info I have found involves supplements....

I have Macular Degeneration which had, at one point converted to wet, but is now dry and has been for quite some time. I have had traditional treatments (laser, chemical treatments) eat a low fat diet high in green leafy vegies, take vitamins, etc., and yet the disease still progressed.

I was led to Quantum Touch by God and knew I was to study it. It fascinated me. To test it and prove that you could actually heal yourself, I focused on my eyes since they were an area that no medication or treatment could improve.

In June, after ordering the two books, (on learning basic QT and supercharging QT) I began applying QT to my eyes.

Changes in the Amsler Grid appeared immediately. Where I initially saw areas of blackish spots were now a glowing, blueish green and appeared to be moving in nature.

Due to other medical illness, I had only been able to do a small number of sessions on myself, but my vision improved. I was able to read the cereal box without my glasses. This was amazing to me. It did not hold at first. It only seemed to remain for a short duration following a session. However, I stuck with it.

My eyes continued to improve and I showed my "proof" to family and friends by reading the contents of food boxes and then actual newspaper - without my glasses. This was always done after running energy. The real proof would come in November, when I would see my retina specialist and I would not have run any energy at all that entire day.

Previously, my right eye was to the point he could offer nothing to help. It was correctable to 20/80 with lenses. My left eye was correctable to 20/30. That allowed me to drive but with restrictions. When I was examined last month, I thought my retina specialist was going to fall off his chair. My right eye is correctable to 20/30 and my left to 20/20!

He asked me what I had been doing and I told him about Quantum Touch. His response was to keep doing it! I am determined to restore my vision as well as my health with Quantum Touch and I encourage anyone with this condition to use QT on it as well.

Every time I read about a result like this I am profoundly grateful that QT is available to us. Congratulations JWentzel!

jwentzel Your post on macular is very interesting. My sister and my next door neighbor have the same problem, and i would like to help them if i can. How long have you had your macular problem? my sister has had it for about 8 years, and wondered if i could still be of some help, after all these years. I am very happy to hear of your success. I was diagnosed with macular degeneration over 15 years ago. Initially it was dry and progressed very rapidly. Then, I had experimental laser surgery on one eye to see it it would help. It took nearly a year but my vision improved quite a bit so we did the other eye. Over the years it has progressed, then held, then progressed, held, and so on. How much vision been affected with your sister and neighbor Have you tried distance healing with your neighbor? I am no expert, just using it on myself and loving what I see, literally!

Goji berries are especially useful for macular degeneration. The best food supplement available for the condition. Some have reversed it with goji.
