Now i'm still new to Quantum touch and i havn't worked on anybody as of lately but, My body has been getting extreme heat spells and extreme cold spells. I'm not really doing energy sweeps at those times but even when it's hot outside i still get extreme cold spells along with hot spells. When i'm practicing my energy sweeps i get mainly alot of heat. But there will be times that my whole body will be burning up. Also i've been getting cold spells that i have to take a hot bath sometimes just to warm my body down. I don't feel sick or anything but it's just a little awkward feeling. I've notice it's happening more often lately. I'm just wondering if anyone else is going through this to and shine some light on this. I wasn't sure which discussion to put this on so i went with new to quantum touch.

Just from our experience, Rick always works up a sweat during a session and the rest of the time he can be wearing a jacket whether he's outside or in, while I'm warm or comfortable.
When I used to run energy I'd be comfortable and occasionally break a sweat. Ever since a couple of months ago more often then not I break a freeze! Don't know how else to say it. I CAN'T get warm. But, this only happens during a session, never any other time.

The body feels "hot" during periods of vasodilitation...that's what a hot flash is. We feel "cold" when vasoconstriction takes place. If you are swinging back & forth between these, medical consultation is indicated. Are you taking any kind of heart or blood pressure medicine, or for that matter, any medication? If so, your doctor needs to know you're having hot and cold spells, because it may signal a side effect of a drug or supplement. Do you know if your B/P changes during these episodes?

This doesn't sound like a QT thing to me, especially if it happens when you aren't running energy. If this was happening to me, I would check with the doctor. Hormone fluctuations also come to mind, but only testing would be able to tell. Yes, men have hormones!
