hi eveyone
i got here by researching hsi book on essential enzymes etc, like some others by looks of it. was interested why normal vitamin and mineral supplements were not enough.
was interested to read nutritional value food is reducing compared to 50yrs ago.especialy via hybrid plants. hope info this site will help my nutritional problems.have sent this site details to 4 other people i know

Yes, we have stripped the soil of its nutrients by not letting the ground rest, by not rotating crops, etc.
Because the soil doesn't have the minerals and nutrients our food doesn't either.
