I was working on my co-workers neck again today and about 25 min. into it she spontaneously jerked and her arms went out straight! She said that she felt like she was going to pass out for only a second and that she felt "something" travel through her arms out of her hands. Hope this is normal...

You can tell I'm a newbie, huh? This stuff amazes me! Smiler

Hi Nita,
Altho this has never happened to Rick or myself (so no, it's not "normal" as far as the percentages of time it happens, but obviously normal for that client!), we believe that it's a sign of the energy working for her.
There are many threads here about the client turning, twisting, bending, jerking, gyrating, unraverling...
This might fit in with a temporary increase in pain or discomfort (which we explain to the client beforehand is a possibility and please allow us to continue to run the energy because it's likely a sign of clearing/opening and that something is about to give/happen/heal)
Christina

I hope that made sense. I said it rather clumsily

I am thinking about ascending, perhaps we should practice first--a little more.

Hmm, sounds alot like nerve reconnection. Definitely not normal to all my study and experience--except as strokes and nerve injuries heal.

After reading your other thread, it certainly sounds like she suffers nerve damage--so yes, a jerk like this is common (as I said) for when nerve damage is healing. Not so common for a beginner energy work though.

Kweden,

Back in November 07, a doctor told her that he thought she may have a pinched nerve. She never had any treatment for it till now. Maybe it is damaged ??? Makes sense to me.

Thanks, Nita
