I am new to QT and i was wondering if it is okay if i imagine my energy as a yellow pulsing stream because i cant seem to sense my energies other than heat in my hand and i can only do this when i imagine the energy and i dont know if im doing it right

Sounds fine to me... just keep on going and try not to doubt your own sensations. I think you might enjoy this flying start you are experiencing and stay open to whatever more it might bring you!
