Hi, i'm new in QT, i'm from France and I read the book.

For my first session on a person, i choosed my stepmother who broke one of her finger and which is still fragile and an other of her finger which has osteoarthritis.
The session was good, but at the end ( i spent 2 hours on it) my stepmother couldn't feel any difference between before and after the session.

Is it normal ? Did i do well ? Can you help me ?

Thank you very much

Hi Yohan, welcome to the 'fambly"
What about during the session? I presume you kept asking questions, like what do you feel...
Did she feel anything? Maybe without the session she would be feeling much more pain...

And i'd like to add that i've no problem to feel my hands and all my body.
The excercise of the water worked, and i'm doing the flowers one

Hi Yohan
I have learned on varies occasions that QT might not have an immediate impact on the actual area I've been working on but that life situations/ circumstances and relationships have.
You never know what you are up for.
If you are sure that you are doing everything right just continue and have patience, sounds simple. Worst thing is to let doubt creeping in.
Also have a go at other objects like grape juice, wine and the list can go on and on .....

hope it helps

Thanks Einar i will continue and see what's going on.
I hope it will be easier with practice.
Now i've a new question :

I work on myself for a few things and in particular my right scapula which is crushed by my schoolbag ( i'm in high school ) But it doesn't do anything. I have to admit that i've it for 4 years at least.

If i listen you, i just have to work and have patience (not my best quality...) is that it ?

Thanks all for your help !

Hi Yohan
Working on one self is sometimes a bit tricky cause there are high expectations especially in the beginning working with healing energy.
As I'm working on myself I purely feel/ focus at the sweeping and breathing. I enjoy this process very much, keeps me detach from an outcome and I also believe the healing is better.
Patience is also not one of strongest qualities.
Most important is to have fun with QT and be playful with it.
Have you tried to work on a friend?

Enjoy and have fun

Einar

Hello Yohan...Einar is just right. The hardest people to work on, especially for beginners, are often one's self and one's loved ones. We know that self-healing with QT works, but since you are working only with one vibration, it can be slower. Not always, but that is what many have observed.

Second, the energy does its work in the most needed place, which may or may not be the place you are working on at the moment. The body's wonderful intelligence will see that energy is used in the most helpful way.

Third, beginners are so focused on outcome! It's a natural thing to do--we want to see results, and immediately! It's also harder to detach yourself from outcomes when working on loved ones or ourselves. And yet, we must.

So, a different mindset is needed.

Offer the work openly, unconditionally, with a loving and ALLOWING frame of mind. Just offer, that's all there is. Offer. Then, let it fly.

Once you have begun to offer, in that loving frame of mind, allow the other individual to resonate and to entrain in their own way. You really have no choice in the matter, because that is what happens naturally...it just does. Trying to force or to will a specific outcome doesn't work.

So take Einar's good advice. Read more, practice whenever you see an opportunity. DETACH FROM OUTCOME. You have no control over outcome in any case, so let it go, and just offer. Advice is offered, but the advisor has no control over how another person uses that advice, you see? You trust that your advice (read that love, or "higher vibration") will be used in the best way.

Offer, trust the process, and get out of the way. Short version: Offer, trust, detach.

Practice, observe carefully, as the outcome may not be the one you had sought. Allow time to pass before trying to determine outcome! Outcomes are often not immediate...delayed healing is more often the case. The work cannot harm if offered with love, so the outcome will always be positive in some way.

I give you MUCH credit for doing the work starting at an early age. It will enrich your life for all the days of your life! Love to you.

Yohan,
I had a small growth on my left shoulder for over a year and did a session on myself, running the energy and picturing it falling off. Afterwards, no change. 2 weeks later, it fell off.
Sometimes, results take time.

Hi Yonan, up to now, after almost 5 years of QT, I only found 2 clients thet didn't feel a thing during the session. But there was an improvement on their condition.
One right after the session, the other 2 days latter.

How is she now, after 2 days?

Hi Wilson,
First, i've to say that, in fact she felt something : heat and tingling in her finger.
Now, she isn't better ( about her hands) but she feels rested.

My parents are working very hard so they are very tired and stressed. When I say very it's up to illness.

So my theory is that or she was so tired that my session destressed and rested her; or that the energy will need time to product an outcome like MarkL said.

Am i right ?

PS : Thanks MarkL for your answer
