I have joined this forum just now.I do not know how to start.My problem
I am having severe knee joint pains( hypertension) and while under medical treatments it gives some relief but with side effects.Hence my medication is very very limited as I am allergic.I am 69 and no bad habits

could you please advise me if this could be healed and how.
What I can do noe at present.How I can get the book on this. I am from INDIA.I solocit help from all those we can help me
