Hi there fellow "breathers" !

I am new here in QT forum and I've been reading some of the posts here. I have been doing Therapies altogether for almost 15 years.

I got Richard Gordon's book last week from a friend and have been doing the exercises. This has already helped me a lot to realise how to actually get my Vibration Level up. I sometimes have difficulties concentrating and the breathing does help. You only have to concentrate on that, and it starts...

I had the most excellent experience yesterday. I was doing the "make the coloured balls spin" -exercise. This was the strongest physical sensation with The Energy I have ever had !
It started from inside of my left ear, you know when your ear is itching inside... The Vibration was building up. Very strong tingling went over my face, first over the cheeks and eyes, then the forehead. It was like a band, staying there, tingling. Then it went also up my head. I felt like my hair was standing up. I felt this "wind" up from the top of my head... My arms were tingling like crazy, my hands were on fire. I had my hands turned towards each other and I felt such force in there... I couldn't open my eyes, I was almost afraid to see I was not there ! Tears were streaming down from my eyes. This was going on and on... I kept on breathing. It felt like hours... It must have been maybe 15 min or so. AMAZING.
I do believe that very soon it will come without too much effort. With The Intention.

I have been watching quite a few videos on YouTube abt QT, especially Richard Gordon. The tears come every time I see him doing QT on somebody... These are such wonderful things !

I absolutely would like to participate on a Live Course as well and they seem to be coming up here in Finland in the fall, but at the moment it's down to money... But, if it's ment to be, I will be there !

One question about the different breathing techniques: I guess you can choose the one/ones you are most comfortable with. Not do all of them every time... Am I right ?

Sunny Regards from Finland,

Katri

Welcome to the fambly Katri!
It's so much fun for us to "re-discover" QT thru you. We are still amazed by it every time but I like experiencing the newness of it. Big Grin

Exactly. I end up using a lot of 4-4 and fire breath altho I like to throw in a 1-6 or a slope breath once in a while.
My husband Rick is known (to Richard and Alain) as "one one breath" because that's what he uses most. I wouldn't recommend it, especially when you're new because it would make most of us feel woozie from hyperventilating. The point is it's what works for him.
You might use them all in the beginning and settle on your favorites.
We love to hear you success stories.
Keep breathing, your love has impact.
Christina

Blessings, Love and Laughter, and Big Warm Hugs,
Chrissie
