Doing QT to help with repetitive stress injury to my wrists/arms/fingers.

My edition of the book was a bit vague to me: I wasn't sure whether to do the full body sweep only at the beginning of the session and with 4-4 breathing or to do it on inhalation with every breathing pattern? (What do I do, say, on the inahlation on a 2-6 breathing pattern?)

What happened: My hands started to buzz in a way that was a little bit scary, as though I no longer had control over them. They were buzzing to the extent that it actually hurt a bit. I know that the buzzing is supposed to slow down after a while, but I think I was going well over an hour and there was no sign of the vibration slowing down at all. So I just stopped the healing. Now I think my symptoms are a little bit worse than they were last night before I did the healing.

I'm excited to find tis forum! I'm learning quantum touch with my girlfriend and we're having a lot of fun with it. She had a headache all day yesterday and with about 10 seconds of QT it was gone.

The rest of my body, especially my lips, were vibrating as well.

Thanks so much!

Hi Earthsong,
Welcome to the 'fambly'.
The full body sweep is linked to the breathing throughout the session. On the in-breath (for whatever count) you draw the energy up through your body to the crown of your head (or even up higher) on the exhale, from the head down the arms and out the hands. This is done consistently and continuously. The good news is, it becomes second nature after a while and there's no thinking or remembering involved. It's almost like you flip a switch and the energy runs on it's own!
My husband and I have experienced vibrating and buzzing, but never to the extent that you talk about.
One possibility is that you might be hyperventilating.

Oh yea, let the "miracles" begin.
Have fun!
