When you did 'hands on', did the person feel anything? Some people feel some don't. You should not compare results with different persons.

So, after working on a person who feels something, stay away, and did evrything you did before, close your eyes and imagine the client between your hands. Imagine the energy meeting inside the body, play, have fun.
It works,all my my students do it succesfully on my courses. have faith on you!

If you are trying too hard it will be counterproductive. You have to trust the process.
Also, sometimes even I feel resistance to 'connect' to certain persons but I believe that on some level we are already connected.
Another aspect of distant sessions is that the actual physical distance is irrelevant; it could be across the room or across the world.
The session whether hands-on or distant is not always felt with the same sensations.

It might be that you are focused on bringing the energy TO your hands and not beyond them. It's important to let the energy GO out. Perhaps you might imagine rays or light coming off your hands that meet someplace in the person.

Another way to do distant QT is to use a surrogate object, like a teddy bear. You hand-sandwich the body parts the person at a distance is having issues with and run the energy just like you would in person. You are simply imagining/making believe you are working directly on the person. This method can provide a bridge for those of us who are having success doing hands on but not yet with distance healing.

You're still "trying." Allow it to come, rather than "trying" to get it. It must come, and if you are in an allowing state of mind, knowing, KNOWING that the energy is there and you cannot avoid it, no way, it will happen.

You cannot avoid the energy, it is all around you, it is unlimited, you are MADE OF IT. Everything is a vibration, it is ALL connected, you just have to let it happen. Hope this helps!

The primary thing is to allow as Ali says and I like your description of rays Holly, a perfect way to visualize. A friend of mine uses a teddy too and I use a crystal wand... just try different things and one will feel right for you and you'll know it when you find it.

i use the U-NAN Pattern as explained in the supercharging book of Quantum touch, I visualize the person that I want to send the energy too in it.

For me this works via telephone but, also via thinking or via internet with a person at the other side of the globe it gives much more force to your energy in this way. Try it :-)
