I have developed a pulling sensation around my chest area, although not very painful, but a very uncomfortable feeling. I was told by someone that my flow is block. How do I resolve this problem? Thanks.

Hi Azidoro,
Sorry no one has responded to you before now. But welcome to the fambly!
Any suggestions I make Azidoro are my suggestions alone and I don't speak for anyone else, ok? First, need to know some things: Are you a QT practitioner or do you know how to use it? You mentioned that this ocurrs after meditating. Just trying to get a feel for the order this happened in. Like, have you been meditating for years with no problem and then this suddenly or gradually started bothering you - when? One of the MANY wonderful things about QT is that we do no diagnosing or treating. You want this condition resolved. You can run energy on your ownself as often or as long as you want. I would use the distance technique and put my miniature self between my hands. You might also change the age of the you you're working on to different ages like: newborn, one year, ten years old... Also, pay particular attention to your heart area and brain. Also, if you want help, post on the "healing request" forum so others will run energy for you. And lastly if you haven't done so, you might check out and learn EFT at http://emofree.com/ It's easy to learn, you can download the basics for free, it's very effective and marries well with QT. Good luck to you. ((((((((Azidoro))))))))) Christina Blessings, Love and Laughter, and Big Warm Hugs, Chrissie |
