This is a meditation Trane shared with us in the Healing Circle last night:


After exhaling, relax for a moment and just be fully aware of all that is you. Slow your breathing. Find stillness. Become aware of how I guide the merging of our collective energies.
As you experience this more and more completely, know that there is no separation. Flow. Listen to your energetic heartbeat. Ground. Place your awareness below your feet slowly, without reaching, bringing the ground within your awareness. When you feel the tingle of Earth greet you, grow roots within your mind, reaching out.

As your roots grow strong and expansive, Gaia’s life grid feeds you and the energy moves up through your legs and infuses your whole body with healing wonder. You are filled with light. White. Violet. Indigo. Metallic copper. Metallic silver. Metallic gold.

You are surrounded with light. Yellow. Green. Blue-green. Blue. Magenta. Mother-of-pearl. You are awash in bliss and healing. It is the love of Source itself. In this moment, you know there is no separation. You are not alone. You are never fearful of life or of death. You know that we continue to shine forever.

The infusion of energy from Gaia bursts forth from your crown and reaches up to the cosmos. As it does, energy from the cosmos pours in through your crown and fills you with strong, healing Yang energy until it pushes through all your blockages and out the soles of your feet into Gaia herself once again.

The circle is complete. You are a conduit of light. Of love. Of healing for All that Is. You breathe. Deeply. Fully experiencing every moment. Allow your bliss to surge forth within you. Allow your joy to express itself.

Awwwwwww, you two are too sweet!

Neither word metamorphosing and metamorphing come up in the dictionary.... does anyone know how to spell it?? I can't seem to find the correct spelling so, I have changed it to metamorphing for now.
