Learning Unconditional Love ~ Meditation by Orin and DaBen

I take a deep breath in.
As I do I imagine
I am drawing in love
from everywhere in the universe.

Within me is a reservoir of divine love
just waiting to be expressed
in my words, thoughts, and deeds.
I am capable of great love.

I fill myself with the love
that is always available to me
from my higher self and soul,
from my guides, guardian angels, and
from the Masters and Enlightened Ones.
I am loved.

I fill myself with the love
I have already expressed in my life.
I realize that this is
an amazing amount of love.

I acknowledge that I am a loving being
on a path of learning how to express
more and more love.

I forgive myself for any time
I have not been high or loving,
knowing that I was doing
the best I knew how at the time.

I am ready to become
a source of love,
rather than waiting for others
to be the source.

Whenever I don't feel loved
by someone,
I realize I can still radiate love
keep my heart open,
and love myself.

I think of someone
who is not loving me
in the way I want to be loved.

I forgive this person.
I forgive myself.
I release my expectations,
and I now radiate love to this person.
I know I can love
without needing anything in return.

As I offer my unconditional love,
I know that my heart is opening.
As I radiate unconditional love,
I know that I can choose to be
around people and in situations
that honor me.

I now release any people or
situations that do not
honor who I am.
I am a unique, special,
and lovable person.
I deserve love.

I think of someone
who is not treating me
the way I want to be treated.
I forgive this person.
I forgive myself for
anything I have done
to contribute to or to allow this.

I radiate unconditional love
to myself.
I radiate unconditional love
to this person.
I keep my heart open,
I find the strength and power
that comes from radiating unconditional love.

When I am around unloving people,
I realize it is an opportunity for me to
expand my heart and to learn to love.

I step out of being
in the center of the universe,
I put myself in other people's shoes.
As I see their suffering and pain,
I know that everyone needs love.

I no longer take things personally.
I realize people are doing
the best they know how.
Their lack of love is not
a reflection of me,
but a reflection of their
capacity to love.

I strengthen my ability to
radiate unconditional love
by loving myself.
I honor and love myself with my
thoughts, words, and actions.

I know that love is the most
powerful energy in the universe.
I am a source of love.
I keep my heart open.
My capacity to love is
increasing everyday.
