Learn Unlimited Thinking
Meditation by Orin and DaBen

I let myself relax.
I adjust my posture so that
my shoulders are relaxed.
My legs, thighs, and feet
are comfortable.
I release any tension
around my eyes and jaw.

I make subtle adjustments
in my posture
so that I can breathe
more easily and deeply.

I notice the difference
even small movements
and adjustments can make
in my overall sense of comfort
and well-being.

My mind is clear.
It is like a clear mountain lake
that reflects the light above.
My mind clearly reflects
the unlimited thinking
of my Higher Self.

I imagine my mind becoming
brilliant and insightful.
I say to myself,
"I am open to the new.
I am a creative, inventive person."

I think of an area of my life that feels limited.
As I hold this area in my awareness,
I imagine linking my mind
with the creative mind of my Higher Self.

I imagine there are no limits to
what I can have in this area.
I let myself picture many possibilities.
I expand beyond what I think I can have
and open to even greater possibilities.

I know as I think and imagine,
I create the potential
for doorways to open
and new choices to appear.

I think of something I want.
I imagine having even more,
something that will bring me joy
and expansion.
I now allow this into my life,
or something even better.
I know I deserve to have it
and I open my heart to receive it.

I take any thoughts that
tell me I can't have this.
I bring them to the light
by recognizing and identifying them.

I then change these thoughts
into positive ones,
I change them into thoughts
that tell me why I CAN create this.

I say to myself,
"I am an unlimited being.
I can create whatever I want.
My choices and possibilities
are expanding every day.
My dreams come true."
