I have not seen much on any "form" (at all) in Christian meditation; this is an interesting resource!

Many Christians are not used to the term "meditation." (I also acknowledge many have had meditation experience.) This information might be very helpful to Christians not experienced in any form of meditation!

As an interfaith minister I am sure I will make use of this information!
