I picked up a new CD over the weekend by Kelly Howell "Guided Meditation, Revitalize Mind, body & Spirit. It is a Brain Sync cd and I thought it was outstanding. It is a two disc set and both discs are good.

I am curious if any one else has suggestions for guided mediation CD's.

Please post them. I am always looking for new mediations to use.

Meditation For Difficult Times by Pema Chodron. She is a much-loved and very well-written Buddhist nun, and this CD is from Sounds True. I got mine via the One Spirit Book Club.

Positive Energy Practices is a 2-CD set also from Sounds True. CD #1 speaks about cultivating and maintaining positive energy, and CD #2 speaks to eliminating or blocking negative energies, including "energy vampires."

I don't remember where I got this one, I've had it for a long time, listened to it a long time ago and have forgotten what it is now, LOL.

That's my collection, and of course I have 3 or 4 from Esther and Jerry Hicks, the Abraham material, most of which is on the Law of Attraction and related subjects.

I have Deep Meditation by Kelly Howell, it has no words and it is based on binaural beats to stimulate the brain to go in theta.
I've got the Brainwave suite probably similar to Ali's, and I got another two by Dick Sutphen, The Gateless Gate and Temple of Light.These are stories where you become the central character in a journey of self discovery.

I personally use the ones from Orin and Daben by Sanaya ROman..
I also Listen to Luanne Oakes...

I do have BrainSync cds..I use Power Traning CD while doing exercies...Its just Wow!!

My Brainsync collection includes almost all..Including the Secret and Guided mediation..

The one which QT P/I Ali mentioned..
WAYNE DYER's..is also a neeat one..but it lacks..background music..

And all the mediations..without music i feel very little comfortable..
