Experiencing Your Higher Mind
Meditation by Orin and DaBen

I relax now and adjust my posture
so that more energy and light
can flow through me.
I relax my jaw and the
muscles around my eyes.
I allow a feeling of aliveness
and well-being
to flow through my body.

With each breath in
I am lifting into higher levels of my being.
I invite my higher mind to link with me.

My mind is growing clearer as
I now connect with my higher mind,
receiving its loving,
creative, and enlightened thoughts.
I am open to receive inspiration, revelations,
and new ideas about my life.

I make up a sentence
or an affirmation for myself
using some of these words,
drawing the essence of this soul quality
into my being as I do:

LOVE

CLARITY

WILL

INTENT

LIGHT

ABUNDANCE

SERENITY

ENTHUSIASM

COMMITMENT

EFFORTLESS

PEACE

INSPIRED

SUCCESSFUL

CREATIVE.

I add these qualities to my life
by thinking of them often.
My higher mind is sending me ideas
about how I bring these qualities into my life.

I am filled with inspiration.
I am a creative person.
I have a wealth of ideas
that contribute to
My abundance and light.

My mind is clear, alert, and focused.
My thoughts are positive and loving.
New ideas and solutions
come easily into my mind
that show me new opportunities.

As I go about my day,
I remember to say high, loving,
and positive words
to myself over and over,
knowing as I say them,
that I am bringing their qualities into my life.
