The immediate effects that I feel are a far deeper energetic and physical opening in all the postures. I discussed this with my yoga teacher and she believes that the inner movement combines with the Asana to move or clear the chakras, meridians and nadis in a way that the pure physical posture and breath may not be able to reach as easily. I feel very aligned physically but also mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Apparently in the yoga style that I am in, progressing more and more to the internal levels of energy and consciousness is the goal so my teacher not only fully encourages my experiments she is in discussions to learn from the guild and incorporate these teachings into her yoga teaching.
Overall I'm very satisfied with what this system is doing for me.
Hi Jonno, I'd be interested to hear more about how you and your teacher find incorporating these systems into Yoga. I've heard a lot of good things about shadow yoga BTW - love to get the opportunity to meet Shandor someday.

Hi Rcat,
I hold the asanas and then activate the inner energy and let it move within me. There is a union of stillness in my external asana but internal energy moving within me. The asana creates the shape for channelling the energy through my chakra and nadis in a specific way and the inner energy makes the opening and clearing of these internal pathways possible. The effect on the physical body is like a full body massage in my muscles, bones and ligaments. Energetically it creates a free flow of energy moving through my pathways. It's made me a lot more kinesthetically aware of my meridian pathways, chakra and nadis too.

Thanks Jonno. I practiced integrating the EW activation with a few asanas this morning. There is a very defined and powerful opening of the chakras in the poses I practiced! I'm really quite impressed! Thanks for the inspiration and idea. I can really see how this would be easier to implement with Iyengar yoga because of the relative stillness of the postures. I'm going to a Shadow yoga class this week though and I'm also going to meet an Ashtanga teacher next week so I'm interested to see how activating the inner energy goes with the more flowing yoga styles.
It's also interesting because Rolfers believe that alot of emotional baggage is carried in the fascia so by moving the energy through this sheath where the meridians also seem to be contained I feel as if they are being cleared too.
Lots more to experiment with here but I'll let you know how I go. Keep me aprised of your practices too, I'd be interested to hear more.

Hi Rcat, I do Ashtanga classes from time to time because I enjoy the flow and the focus on the breathing. Its a different mental adjustment from Iyengar, but you once you get in the "zone" using "the esoteric warrior" activation or even "meditation mastery" should be easy as pie. You'll probably notice a very hefty but grounded energy boost and that you are a LOT clearer, focused and uplifted after class. "Esoteric Warrior" keeps your aura and chakras clear for the day but it also seems to strengthen your field of "psychic protection" also. Generally I feel almost unperturbed by anything at the moment. My sense of it is that it creates a field of sorts that neutralizes the frequencies of stress, emotional attack etc.
How'd you go with Shadow Yoga?

Shadow Yoga is great. The blending of the inner workings of yoga, martial arts and chi gung is really good. I've been having a ball integrating 'esoteric warrior' into my yoga too. The energy is on a totally different level, from what I gather we're working with "soul" level energies here which is why the "empowerment" feels so deep. I feel as you also mentioned more "protected" psychically, energetically and emotionally. I've had experiences while giving healings where clients would consciously or unconsciously try to attach themselves energetically to me and this doesn't seem to occur anymore. I've also been experiencing deeper connections with spiritual guides, specifically the master that I know to be "Manah Beh." I am of the opinion that the higher frequencies of energy that help me to connect to these masters and others are overall helping my energy level move to a higher level of consciousness/being. Not sure if this is what ascension is all about, but it does feel right and good.

Thank you for sharing your experiences my friends. I am new to all of this quantum touch and meditation, but I feel like it is all a great adventure. I have just started with meditation mastery this week and already feel a balancing in myself. I look forward to sharing more experiences with you all soon!

Thanks guys, I've been using meditation mastery for only about 2 weeks and I'm pretty happy with my experiences. From the start I felt a connection to my highest self and its subtle but definitely there and is affecting me in small but deliberate ways. I'm less frustrated, life makes more sense and I'm getting a sense of synchronicity. I can just say that I'm noticing the spiritual aspects of things more.
