Understanding Unseen Energy
Meditation by Orin and DaBen

I start by thinking of myself as light.
I imagine that I am
the most beautiful light
I can imagine.

My light is clear, brilliant, and sparkling.
My light is expanding and growing.
I am becoming a pure,
radiant, luminous light.

I sense light streaming into me.
As I focus inward
I imagine that the light of the higher
dimensions is pouring through me.

I am growing radiant
in the light of my soul
that is all around me.
The light of the Spiritual Sun
is shining upon my inner being.
I fill myself with light.
I am a being of light.

I now sense light
radiating from me.
I can sense with my inner eyes
the beautiful light I am sending out.
At every moment
the light shining out from me
is growing stronger and more beautiful.
I am a radiating light.

I now sense the subtle energies
around me.
I take a moment to
sense my environment.

I note the flows of emotional and
mental energy around me.

I bring my attention
to the sounds around me.

I observe the feelings in my body.
I am aware of my
own feelings and thoughts.

My ability to observe,
pay attention,
and note the energy around me
is growing.

I now think of something
I want to change.
I observe the light in
this thing or situation
I want to change.

I begin to radiate light
to this situation.
I transform all the energy
surrounding this situation
with light.

I open my mind to the wisdom
of my higher self and soul.
I let impressions
of my next steps to take in this area
flow into my mind.

As I open to receive impressions
I note my feelings and thoughts
about possible steps to take.
I note which actions seem to
invite and draw me.

I imagine it is in the future,
and that I have already carried out
the actions I am picturing.

I note how my body feels.
I pay attention to my feelings.
I observe my breathing.
I am aware of whether I feel good
as I think about following
this course of action.

I keep imagining possible actions to take,
noting how I feel as I do.
I trust the impressions I receive.
I take action after I have sensed and
received impressions about which
course of action
feels right to every level of my being.

I trust the unseen energy
and the impressions I receive.
I am a radiant light.
At every moment I am becoming
a more beautiful and perfect light.
