Hi,

I've recently been on a two day course on Quantum Healing. During the practical sessions we entered altered states when being a facilitator.

Is there ways to optimise this? By meditation or using Binaural beats, i.e. can we as facilitators have better control of the Human Body Energy by using other techniques to enter Altered States befrehand?

I thought "in theory" that might improve the healing taking place.

There are many things that work well with Quantum Touch, & that is encouraged. But in order to know what's what, you need to learn QT "pure" first! In other words, don't try to modify something without really learning it first. When doing the Core Transformation work, going into your Core Point is an "altered state" that works so very well, in the yin work. In Basic & Supercharging, elevation of one's own vibration is also an altered state.

You know the old saying, "Don't fix it if it's not broke?" Learn, enjoy and appreciate QT for it's own sake, without embellishment, and THEN see what you think will work with it.

When writing or playing "Theme & Variations, " one must first master the Theme.

Ali is so right, whenwver I teach a course I tell the participants to FORGET evrything they know.
Don't use their skills of acunputure, quiroprat,etc... all alternative medicine they know.
Otherwise it's hard to see the effects due to solely QT.
Latter, after mastering QT, use all one knows.

If what you are doing requires altered states there are many ways to get it. Halucinagenic drugs are most popular, and Alain recently said lsd helps speed up one's development of their energy body and awareness.

I myself highly recommend not using them. There are much healthier ways to accomplish the same thing or greater without the hallucinations and unhealthy distortions.

There is also a technology called ASCID based on a witches standing cradle. it is a type of swing that causes altered states induced by motion. Totally natural and hallucinagenic to the degree of lsd. (the AS stands for Altered States)

The state induced by the exercises of basic Quantum-Touch are in fact altered states.

I had a friend who taught me practiced metacognition, and that brings about a secondary awareness or altered state.

If this is in reference to Alain's post on this message board, first, I'm not certain that's a proper paraphrase. Second, I believe Alain also said that drugs were not the best way to go about it.
