1. News from Quantum-Touch

We are happy to announce the arrival of Genevieve Fewell as our new advanced workshop coordinator! She has moved from Milton, DE to San Luis Obispo, CA. She says "I love Quantum Touch, too, and want to support its growth in any way I can! The offer to work for the QT community was a very happy accident which prompted me to follow my passion for alternative therapies right now instead of part-time, much later in my life."



2. Six Hour Water

A few years ago after recording a TV interview in New York City, I was found that I was a couple of hours early to catch the train to Boston. So with a good book in hand and a large bottle of water, I started running energy into the water. Hour after hour I ran energy - sometimes with great intent, and other times, just doing sweeping and breathing while reading the book. In total, I ran energy into the water for about six hours. The water became so unbelievably soft and fluid. When I drank it, it went down with hardly a swallow unlike anything I had ever experienced.

Henri Furgiuele was there to pick me up and I told her that I had a gift for her --- six-hour water. There were about 8 ounces left in the bottle. After explaining what I had done, she asked, "What do I do with it." I told her to drink it. When she took her first sip, her surprised and shocked look only mirrored my own amazement.

It appears that water may be changeable for very long periods of time than one I would have expected, and continue to be transformed.

Lately, I've done a simple experiment that shows a small but significant difference. You take two glasses of water and run the energy into one for 10 minutes or more. Be sure the other glass is at least a few feet away when you do this so they don't entrain. Wait 20 or 30 minutes for the temperature of the two glasses to equalize. Then take exactly one teaspoon of ground coffee, and put it in each glass, then stir each for a couple of seconds. Come back over time and see if there is a difference in the color of the water. So far I've seen a small but clearly noticeable darker color to the cup I've run energy into. It would seem that the water gains viscosity and thus the coffee dissolves more quickly.

3. Quantum-Touch Instructor, Pam Hurst, Shares Her Inspiration

All my life folks have stated that when I touched them they felt better or their pain went away. When I accepted that this was happening, I wanted to learn everything I could. I listen to the voice within and I heard "Don't read anything. Your ego is too large now, just get out of the way and let the energy come through". I called the work energy work but did not try to pursue it full time. The little I did read, I did not feel held the answers for me.

The still small voice directed me to attend the Mind & Body Expo in Asheville, NC. I arrived and immediately picked up a CD and also a flyer on Quantum-Touch but didn't read then, just kept walking to canvass the Expo. A friend asked if I would go to the lecture on Quantum-Touch with him and I agreed. Within minutes I realized this was why I was here. I gave them a check for the up coming class and went back to the QT Booth for a 10 minutes session. My neck, mid back and hips were in line and no longer hurting. I felt nothing as Richard worked on me, but when I stood up it was apparent.
For the first time, I saw results and was hooked!

Following the 2-day live class, I had the confidence and a track to run on. What I love about Quantum Touch is that it enhances what ever you are currently doing whether it is Reiki, massage, Qigong or Healing Touch. Quantum Touch may be used by itself or as a tool for your toolbox. It does not claim to be the only way.

My 88-year-old neighbor allowed me to work on her following my first class. We heard 11 pops as the bones moved in her foot that had been broken and healed improperly.
Her neck was off over an inch and her hips about 1.5 inches. I should have used a camera. The neck and hips moved quickly into place. The foot was relieved of much
Pain and the swelling went down. The reason this is so wonderful is that she is so fragile that she can't have massage or chiropractic. Quantum Touch is a butterfly touch and the body decides what to do. There is no force.

One day, as I was shopping, I spoke with a lady who was rubbing her back while talking. I asked if she was in pain and she stated that she had hurt her back and the doctors couldn't help her. I offered and she allowed 3-5 minutes of QT on her back, right there in the store. She stated the pain was gone. I gave her my number in case she needed me again. Three weeks later, she was phoned me. The pain was not back, but her niece was dying of cancer and the family wanted me in South Carolina (5 hours away). I did distance healing that night.
Her husband had his hand on her chest as I sent the energy his hand got really hot and they both felt the energy going in. She was out of pain for then. I drove down to SC and worked with her. I asked the still small voice if I could heal her of the cancer, the answer came back she had 5 weeks to live and that I was going for the family as well as her.
We are not the healers. We send in a high vibration and the client's body takes this vibration of life and entrains to it at whatever level it can accept. The client's body, not me, accomplishes the healing.

There are many, many more stories of emotions being cleared, mental clarity, pain removed, and lungs able to take in air. It is such a blessing to be certified to teach this. I plan to take it to schools, churches, EMT'S, and shelters. This keeps my dog walking without meds. Her personality has changed for the better. Angel the cat, age 15, comes to me for energy treatments, as do the dogs and they heal and stay healthy. My plants grow. I send the energy into my food to purify and make healthy for my body. It is prayer in action. We are all the Quantum Energy of the Universe. By connecting with this energy and being this pure energy of God, of Universe, we send it out to the world. And the healing happens.

4. QT Helps Broken Ribs

I have a client that told me her 90 year old mother had fallen from her bed 2 weeks ago and had broken 4 of her ribs. She was in a great deal of pain and it hurt to breath. I told her that I may be able to help with QT.

So the next week I went to her house. When she greeted us at the door, she was hunched over, protecting her ribs and she told me it hurt to do anything even breathe. I had her lay down and started doing QT. I told her that the pain may increase and that is a good thing as healing is taking place. After about 10 minutes the energy was being sucked out of me at an incredible rate. After 30 minutes she asked me to stop because the pain was too much. I respected her wishes, after all she is 90 years old and I didn't want to cause her any more pain.

The following week I saw her daughter and she told me her mom was in a great deal of pain the rest of that evening. Upon waking the next day, she was breathing easy and standing erect and going through her day like nothing had happened. She has been exercising and feeling great.

5. Horse Responds to Quantum-Touch

As you already know, I'm a horse enthusiast with my own horse. I have had an affinity for animals all my life. My experience with these beautiful animals is always enlightening.

I was recently called to work on a nearly 30 year old horse with severe Otoe-Arthritis in the front legs. This beautiful thoroughbred mare, Fanny, was lame for a long time and has been laid up. Recently her owner came to me and said, "She can't bend her front leg anymore, it's so painful. And she won't let me lift her hoof to clean it. If I try, she lunges all her weight backward and resists any effort I make to bend or lift her leg. She's very defensive and can't bend the leg - she's stiff and in so much pain!"

I went to see the horse. Visually inspecting the area revealed some abnormal growths at the metacarpal joint. I physically tested the leg. The moment I tried to lift it, it was rigid and stiff and had a dead, woody stiff feeling to it. The horse, as predicted, lurched backwards with all her effort to protect herself from the pain she was in. If you can only imagine the strength a 1200 pound horse can have when they decide to use it, you would see how difficult it is to lift up.

Harassing the stiff leg appeared to make her suffer more. Pain and discomfort registered on her face. I immediately performed about 10 minutes of QT (starting with a prayer to the Lord, of course) and proceeded to love-touch the horse with QT. After only a few minutes, I could feel the pathways began to clear and the energy begin to flow. I was able to gently lift the leg and bend it without the horse resisting and lurching backwards. In addition, the horse had become quiet and calm. She did not have any halter on her head or any restraining apparatus to keep her steady and cooperative.

I set up an appointment for the next visit in a few days. However, I found out from the owner that the very next day, the horse appeared to be recovered and the owner said, "I have my old horse back!! She did fantastic! She was a wild thing out there and felt great!" She trailered the horse out to the hills and rode this horse all over, taking a four hour excursion. All this happened after only 10 minutes of treatment.
Now a 30 year old horse is an uncommon thing - that means 90 years old for you and me in human years!! And to have one that is still active and working at this age is indeed rare!

I gave the horse another treatment in a couple of days, a full hour this time. Again, beginning with a prayer, I made an assessment by touching lightly, watching the horse to find out where her "spots" were. I could feel areas in the body where the energy was dense and other areas that were "hollow" of energy. Once I had an assessment, I proceeded to work the healing energy on the body, opening up joint areas and working on the much needed abdominal energy areas. She also responded by breathing very deep and steady, drinking in all the energy she could. I could feel the energy move and could tell when she had had her fill for a particular spot.

The horse confirmed my analysis by her eyes, her facial and body expressions which I have learned to read so well. I spent about 60 percent of the treatment on her body and about 40% on the front leg(s), especially the one that had been giving her trouble. Then I closed up the layers of the energy field and stood with her a few minutes until she came out of her relaxed sleepy state. The horse appeared for all functional and practical purposes to be back to normal. I noticed that she was able to put full weight on the previously stiff leg which was now much suppler and invigorated. Flexation of the legs also appeared normal and the horse appeared to be out of pain.

Additionally, I put the horse on some of the herbal formulas I have to help her. The owner will be submitting a testimony of the treatment forthcoming.

As an herbalogist and healer, I find the QT system is a wonderful non-invasive system which helps all creatures attain a healthier state of being. It has a wonderful scriptural basis in that it is designed with love and the laying on of loving hands. What a wonderful complementary medicine.

6. Quantum-Touch Energy Heals Wounds Quickly

Five days ago I almost sliced the top of my fourth finger off while cutting some cucumbers. Not only was it extremely painful, but I also had a huge emotional release around it. (That was the best part! Not sure what I was releasing, but I am always open to letting go of whatever!)

Both my husband, Lloyd, and my daughter (13 yrs.) came running over and started running energy while I held a paper towel on the cut. (It was bleeding profusely, as you can imagine.) Within a minute, the bleeding had stopped and the pain began subsiding. Within 10 minutes, the cut had begun to heal! I wore a band aid for a few days, and as of today you can barely notice I was injured at all.

I hope everyone will always remember to use their QT techniques when an injury happens or in a trauma situation. You will lessen the impact and subsequent healing significantly. I look forward to the day when there are QT Practitioners in emergency rooms and trauma centers!

7. QT from the Heart and Hands of a Child

I am working with a friend of mine who has cancer. She took the QT class the same time I did as did her daughter. We seemed to have formed a bond that goes far beyond friendship and so that is how the story starts.

Recently, when I was running the energy on my friend, her daughter came over with her daughter (my friend's granddaughter). The child ran to Grammy and gave her a quick hug and went off to play, or we thought anyway. Just before the session finished we became aware that the child was and had been watching.

As I was about to finish, my friends granddaughter walked over and took her mothers hands and placed them on her Grammy and said "fix Grammy, too". My friend has said that ever since that time the child will either put her own hands on Grammy or if Mom is around, she insists that she also join in on the healing.

The child is only a Toddler, and yet she has the knowledge and ability to "run the energy" to help Grammy! She has no preconceived notions and only knows that she is "fixing" Grammy. The day this happened the very first time, there was not a dry eye among us.

The child smiled sweetly and gave Grammy a hug and ran off to play. She gave her grandmother more healing in those very few moments than all the chemo, my QT, or any other form of meds has done. My friend is doing well and we all feel that she will recover and live a very long life with her granddaughters healing hands always near by.

8. Using QT Can Make a Skeptic a Believer

I'm a newbie (I've read the book) and have been playing around with the QT techniques. I have to admit, I've been a bit skeptical - it just seems impossible, but I have to admit that my skepticism is being chipped away each time I try this. I have a feeling that once I am able to attend one of the live sessions and can experience energy firsthand from someone else, I will truly be able to believe that I have this ability within myself.

I picked up my cat the other day and decided to try to run some energy on her. She normally is squirmy after a couple of minutes, and began to squirm away immediately after I began running energy. I held on to her, and after a couple more minutes she relaxed onto her back, her paws flopped out and she gazed at me with this look of adoration (like Puss In Boots on Shrek) for about 20 minutes. She usually just gives humans a look of disdain. I have done this several times since, and now she hops in my lap every time I sit in that chair.

I have tried it on a variety of other ailments as well, but it was really amazing two nights ago. I had been standing and working all day and when I went to bed my shins and legs absolutely ached. I tried to go to sleep but I just couldn't ignore the pain. However, I had reached the stage where I was too close to sleep to actually get out of bed and do anything about it - kind of a dreamy state. I was then able to actually just imagine the energy powerfully flowing into my right leg (I didn't use my hands or anything) and after about a minute the pain just disappeared. My left leg was still aching, so I did the same for it and it subsided greatly after about 5 minutes. I think I was relaxed enough to allow the energy to flow - I've never been able to concentrate it like that before. Was I dreaming - is it really possible to do this without even my hands or a surrogate or some sort?

As I said, I think I'm starting to believe!

9. David Holt Shares Why He Became a Certified QT Instructor

I became a QT Instructor because I wanted to see this modality accessible to everyone, everywhere! I love my career/life being a QT instructor! I feel so blessed and grateful to be doing what I love. To see beginners consistently create miracle healings still brings such joy to me!

It is so powerful and easy to learn, that I truly know in my heart the world is a much healthier, happier, more empowered place because Bob and Richard brought this to us. 10. QT Beginner Helps With Knee Injury

I have a friend from work who slipped on the ice last winter, fell, and injured her right knee. It got better and she had no trouble with it until about 3-4 weeks ago. When I saw her last Thursday it was very swollen and obviously painful to walk on.

I told her about QT and asked her if she would like to try it. She said yes, so today I went by her house and spent some time running energy into her knee. I sent swirling energy, colors, and tones. After about 40 minutes I asked her how it was feeling. She flexed it gingerly and thought that it felt different. I asked her to get up and try walking on it. The pain was gone! She couldn't believe it. We were both so thrilled. She felt suddenly that she was badly in need of a nap, and I suggested that she listen to her body closely and give it what it needed to help with the healing. It will be interesting to see how she progresses over the next few days.

I am pretty much a novice. I have read part of the book, have watched the basic QT class on video with my sister, and done most of the exercises with her. Now I look forward to the experiences that will come as I become more proficient. What a beautiful gift this work is to offer to another.

11. Quantum-Touch Relieves Asthma Symptoms

My client had serious asthma and could hardly breathe. I gave him a Quantum-Touch session and immediately he said he felt like he had used his inhaler. Seven days later he could still tell the difference. I have done another mini treatment and he is still breathing well.

12. Quantum-Touch Helps Woman Hit by a Boulder

During the summer I was at a party in a quarry in Cornwall. I was perched up the side of the quarry face, having a great time, watching the dancing crowd when something hit me hard on my right cheekbone.

Witnesses told me that it was a boulder about the size of two house bricks. My eye closed up. There was a fair amount of blood and my cheekbone was horribly swollen. I was also more than a little shocked - a little higher and it would have been far worse. As soon as I could get a phone signal - a challenge in some parts of Cornwall! - I called my husband Ben (Benjamin Dunks. Certified Quantum-Touch Instructor/Practitioner), and asked him to start running energy. He was about 300 miles away and it was 2am.

As I was talking with him he started running energy and I fell asleep within minutes. When I woke the next morning the swelling was considerably less and it continued to shrink over the next few days. Ben and I ran energy several times a day. Within six days my face was almost back to normal with just a little bruising. Ben and I were apart for the whole of this time and so he was sending energy long distance.

Now, a month later there is just the smallest mark, hardly noticeable. I know that this would not have been the case without QT. Friends who have experienced similar injuries have told us that it took them several months to recover.
